A 2.4m wooden Swedish bench built in the traditional style, featuring a solid timber top supported by strong steel legs with large rubber feet to prevent floor damage. Protective buffers on the bench top safeguard both the surface and the floor when the bench is inverted for balance or beam exercises. Each end of the bench includes a wooden block on the underside, allowing secure attachment to Wall Bars or Combar frames for versatile gym use.
