Designed as an addition to the Multi-sport scoreboard for those specialised sports such as basketball that have a possession time limit rule.
HMI developed the shot clock as part of NZ Basketball Association possession time limit rule, but it can be customised to suit other sports with a similar rule. It displays a countdown timer for 24 and 14 seconds every time possession is taken, a game timer is also displayed.
A state of the art shot clock is well worth including with the purchase of a new scoreboard.

Shot Clocks are wireless and run through the main scoreboard.
The clocks have a battery which allows them to be portable however, as they are generally installed high on the wall and therefore will require a power supply as plugging in to recharge will be impractical.
